Every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please review sizing and order details carefully before purchasing.
However, we stand behind the quality of every piece.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
• A free replacement
• A refund to your original payment method
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
